TOS
By purchasing my adoptables or commissioning me, you agree to follow these terms of service.
My adoptable/design TOS can be found under a character's ownership tag on Toyhouse.
All payment is through PayPal USD unless stated otherwise.
I only allow holds or payment plans on large orders (200+). This must be discussed beforehand.You will be sent a sketch and will have to approve it before payment is sent. There may be certain instances where i will ask you to pay upfront (typically for smaller commissions).Any artwork created by me is for personal use only. This includes art trades, owed artworks, gifts, and commissions. I do not offer commercial use at the time.Do not claim my art as yours. Do not repost my art unless you are the recipient of the art (ex. art trades, commissions). If you do so, credit me.
- I maintain rights to my work, including my commissions. This means that I can use my art to promote my services and post it. If you wish for your commission to remain private, there will be an added fee of 10% of the commission cost.
-I maintain the rights to reuse rejected sketches, thumbnails, and customs (given it is substantially different from the final product) in future works.Drastic changes are only allowed in the sketch phase. If you request large changes past this phase, you will be charged extra.
I do not allow my artwork to be edited without permission. Exceptions to this rule include:
- Original references for adoptables/designs
- Cropping the image
- Adding a filter
Original versions of the art are not allowed to be overwritten or removed, but they can be privated.I have the right to reject any commission request without explanation.If you are commissioning an artwork of a CBC (canon based character) OR a fandom OC, you MUST inform me that it is a CBC or fandom OC. Failure to do so will end up in a block and blacklist.
- Please note that I may refuse a commission in the case of the buyer requesting a piece of a fandom OC (including CBCs), especially if it is from a media I am uncomfortable with or unfamiliar with. You can either request a different OC to be drawn, or you may back out of the commission slot (You will not face repercussions for backing out of the slot).My TAT can range from a few hours to upwards of 3 months. You are more than welcome to message me for updates. I do not work with deadlines.If the buyer cancels the commission, they will lose all rights to the art and will be refunded proportionate to how much of the art has been completed. If I, the artist, cancel the commission, the buyer will be refunded in full.If you chargeback, you will lose rights to the art, and you will be blacklisted. If you chargeback on a custom while it is still in progress, I reserve the right to revoke it from your ownership and sell it as an adopt.Using my artworks to promote, sell, or engage in AI generated content, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or other block chain technology is prohibited. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist.
General Commissions
All commissions are personal use only. I do not offer commercial usage.Extra characters are an additional 100% of base price.Privacy fees are 10% of the total commission cost.I may charge a complexity fee for certain characters. The specific amount varies on a case-by-case basis.You may DM for quotes.If you have any specific questions about what I will or won't draw, contact me directly.
